ReCap Solar Mallorca was founded in 2020 as part of the wider Recap Energy Group. The company was subsequently bought out in 2022 and is now a freestanding company with the main focus of acquiring and developing properties suited for solar cell development, including ground-mounted as well as roof-mounted units, on the Spanish Balearic Islands.

We are determined to contribute to the goals set for renewable energy by the Balearic government.
ReCap is dedicated to helping businesses and communities in the region to transition to clean, renewable energy sources. With an extensive pipeline of projects under negotiation, and plans to secure a total capacity of 100 MWp ground-mounted and 100 MWp C&I photovoltaic installations over the next three years. The company will contribute to the Balearic infrastructure system and the local goals of 35% renewable energy by 2030 and 100% by 2050. This would require an estimated total amount of 15.000MWp installed and produced.
